Start with 3 Sun Salutation A, followed by 3 B's. Add in a side plank each side, then a child's pose.
Now start your Kettlebell work:
Do a Turkish Get Up (right side)- pause at the top position, perform 5 dead cleans, then 5 windmills, reverse the get up back to the floor.
Perform 10 HEAVY Kettlebell Swings.
Repeat the TGU, cleans and windmills on the left hand side.
Perform 10 HEAVY Kettlebell Swings.
Repeat the above 3 more times.
End with some more yoga:
1 Sun A, 1 Sun B with a Warrior 2 - Triangle, Half Moon, back to Warrior 2, down into pigeon pose.
Repeat on the opposite side.
3 Bridges or Wheels.
Spinal Twist.
Savasana.
