Revisiting and oldie but goodie

I used to love, love, love this workout. I forgot about it. I am doing this one tomorrow along with some handstand and deadlift practice.

For 20 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible:

5 rows right, then left or 5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 bodyweight squats
20 Kettlebell swings

It's a great one to do outside too - not a lot of equipment required.

Have fun! Expect to be sore the next day. :)
