Here's a great workout to try:
5 pullups
10 Weighted lunges each leg
15 Single Leg Hip Thrusts each leg
20 Burpees (with a push up)
30 Russian Twists (15 each side)
Do it as a cash out to the end of one of your workouts, or as one by itself, just do 2-4 rounds.
