Here is a new kind of rep challenge to try during your workouts.
It is called the Elevator rep challenge. I can't wait to try it. It is a new way to challenge your muscles and a great alternative if you do not have heavier weights or available or if you don't feel like going as heavy.
Basically you do the rep 1/2 range of motion, 3/4 of the way, and then 100% of the way. That's one rep. Repeat for desired # of reps.
