Some fun in the sun

I love taking my workouts outdoors when I can. I don't like it when it is too cold or too hot!
But workouts before 9 am outside these days in New England is fantastic.

Here is one for you to try. Grab a Kettlebell and a jump rope and you are ready to go.

10 Burpees with a Push Up
100 Jump Rope Skips
10 KB Clean and Press - alternating sides
10 Goblet Jump Squats
100 Jump Rope Skips
10 KB Rows - each side

3 Rounds

End with a 100 meter sprint, walk back and repeat one more time.

Have fun and enjoy the outdoor sweat. There's nothing like it!
