Complexes - one of the better ways to burn fat

You can use barbells, dumbbells or Kettlebells. Pick a series of exercises - using the same weight for all of them - never putting the weights down until you are done with the complex. Short, sweet, intense fat burning workouts!

Here is an example:

10 reps of the following exercises, rest one minute between rounds, repeat 5 times. Again use the same weight and don't put it down between exercises, only to rest the one minute between rounds.

Front squats
Rows
Deadlift
Reverse lunges (each side)
Push ups

Will burn off a Christmas cookie or two. ;)
