Vacation Workout

I am on vacation on Cape Cod for the week and brought my yoga mat, my 35 lb KB and my jump rope. Been getting in 30 min workouts each morning. :)

Loved this workout! And loved doing it outside.

16 Goblet reverse lunges (8 ea side)
8 Burpees (WITH push up of course)
16 One handed swings (8 ea hand)
8 Renegade rows (ea side)
16 Glute Bridges (with KB on my lap)

4 rounds

Ended with Tabata jump rope.

Great sweat. Have fun!
