A Great Read and A Great Workout

This is really technical but some great info nonetheless:

It explains a lot on how to get that 'toned' look or a muscular look - the 'look' that most of keep going to the gym to achieve.

Loved this workout.

200 air squats (body weight only)
100 hip thrusters (body weight only)
50 Burpees
25 Pull ups
