Damn tasty recipe

I got this off of Facebook and made it myself tonight. SO GOOD.

1 1/2 cup chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry
1/4 cup maple syrup (honey or agave syrup would do too)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup of organic peanut butter
1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients in a blender except the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Stir in the chips.

Put onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes.

Yummy! Gluten free, oil free, soy free, sugar free!
