Kettlebell Core Finisher

Try this routine for your core 3x through at the end of your workout. You could do this as a workout in itself, but more than 3 rounds is all. :)

Super plank push ups - 10 (forearm plank to plank then add a push up)
Side plank 30 seconds each side (add a leg lift to make it harder)
10 alternating KB dead cleans
5 KB windmills each side
20 Figure 8's
