Easy recipe

Are you getting enough veggies in your diet? Here is an easy recipe you can use. It is a veggie stew an I use it on top of chicken, turkey, fish, or eat it alone!

2 bags of petite baby carrots
I large onion (I buy mine already chopped)
10 stalks of celery, chopped, leaves included

Throw it all into a crock pot, add 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce, and cook omn low for 8 hours or until veggies are soft.

My husband was watching the sports on the news last night they were interviewing Jacoby Ellsbury in front of his locker after the Red Sox game-
the camera zoomed in- and right above his head, on the top shelf in his locker- was a RED, GREEN, and PURPLE bottle of JUICE PLUS!
Hmmm..... If a Red Sox player is taking it, imagine what it can do for you?
