Strength Workout

I love feeling strong - getting stronger - working with heavy weights!

Here is a great workout that I did today.

Forearm plank - 30 seconds

Weighted Glute Bridge - 10 reps

Elevated/Inverted Push ups - 8 reps

Heavy Deadlifts - 5 reps

I did 6 rounds of the above 5 exercises, then finished off with 10 minutes of Turkish Get Ups, with 5 snatches at the top of each get up.
