Try this workout

A goodie - I liked this one!

4 rounds - with weights:

suitcase squat burpee - 8 reps, I used 2 50 lb dumbbells
8 rows each side, I used a 40 lb dumbbell

4 rounds - bodyweight only:

8 pistols each leg
8 handstand push ups

End with Tabata Kettlebell snatches.

Lift heavy, work hard and have fun!
