Yep, its true! I find it hard to get in enough greens, and wanted to try a smoothie. I can hardly choke down a lot of them. UGH.
But this one tastes great.
1 large Kale leaf - stem and all
1 large Collard Green - stem and all
1 handful of baby Spinach
1 cup orange juice
Blend, then add:
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 small over ripe banana
1 cup pineapple
YUMMY. Even my kids and hubby drank it!
