4th of July Workout

I wanted a quick workout today so I could get on with the festivities.

1 TGU right, then left
5 pull ups
8 divebomber push ups
12 weighted jump squats (I used 25 lbs)

5 rounds - done!

Give it a shot. Loved the TGU's, but the divebombers nearly killed me. :)
