Craving Chocolate?

This is delicious, healthy and super easy!

1 large, ripe, frozen banana
1/4 cup of rice milk (or milk of your choice)
1 TBSP of Unsweetened cocoa powder - (use either Raw Cacao powder, or Cocoa powder NOT processed with alkali to get the health benefits)

Blend it all up and done. So yummy! You can add a TBSP of peanut butter too if you like chocolate PB mixes.
