The Turkish Get Up

The TGU is one of the most effective exercises you can do for functional strength, core strength, stability, stamina, and fat burning. Need I say more?

Try doing 20 minutes of TGU's - alternating sides. It is tough! I tried it and it was completely exhausting to say the least. I started and ended with a Tabata of Kettlebell swings - to torture myself some more. LOL.

  1. Abdominal exercise three to five times a week. Initially a person should start with exercises and repeat them as long as they are comfortable performing it. With the increase in the fitness level the number of exercises can be increased along with the repetitions.
