Sweat Bath!

Here is a great workout to try.

Start with as many pull ups as you can do - assisted or unassisted.

Then do 4 rounds of the following exercises, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

Double suitcase Kettlebell squats
2 Handed Swings
Double KB Thrusters
Burpees with a Push up

Do another set of pull ups, then another 4 rounds of the above. End with a set of pull ups.

Done! Takes about 25 minutes. Give it all you got!
