How much progress have you made?

Think of yourself last October - Halloween time. How were your workouts? How are they now?

Are you still lifting the same weight?
Swinging the same size KB?
Modifying the same yoga poses?
Still have the same 10 lbs to lose?

If you answered yes, think of WHY you have not progressed, and make it a point to move on and get stronger.
Go heavier! Get rid of the cookies in your cabinet. Try a new yoga pose or a yoga class.
Why not?

If you answered no and you have progressed - think of how you can progress even further. Keep progressing and you will keep seeing changes in your body. It is empowering and such a good feeling to see those changes and to keep getting stronger - isn't it?
