I saw this one online today and liked it! I did it myself this afternoon and it was hard, but good.
Do as many rounds of these 3 exercises in 20 min:
10 push presses (use dumbbells, double kettlebells, or one heavier KB held with both hands)
10 overhead Kettlebell swings
10 box jumps
Perhaps I will do a variation of this in class next week. :)
