Remember - improving your range of motion is only going to make you stronger and more flexible. :)

I was lucky enough to get in a yoga class this morning (hubby has the day off!) and every time I practice I feel SO much better. Yoga does so much for the strength and flexibility of your joints, not just your muscles.
You want both - what good is a six pack or bulging biceps if your body hurts all the time?
