Making Workouts Readily Available To You!

Hi all. As most of you know I have Audio Fitness Classes available to download for you to use on your time.

I NOW have packages of 'WORKOUT CARDS' for you to use as well! (Click on the link here, or just click on the Workout Cards & Exercise Descriptions link on the right hand side of the blog).

Pick a card, do the routine on the card, and get a total body workout - it's that easy.

I have Kettlebell Routines, BodyWeight Routines and Routines with a Mix of the Two.

There are 3 cards in a pack, for only $5. You can get all Kettlebell, all Bodyweight, or the Mixture - any ones you want. Your pick! 

Now you really have no excuse not to stay in shape over the holidays. You can use the cards anywhere, anytime. If you are going to be on the road at all, then the Bodyweight ones are perfect to take with you.
Each Workout Card also has a space on it for you to write down your progress so you can keep track of your workouts.

No need to come up with an exercise routine yourself - it is all right here for you.

Please note - the Kettlebell workouts are not for beginners. Experience with Kettlebells is needed. If you are newer to exercise, try the Bodyweight cards instead (these however are still not for true beginners). Descriptions of many of the exercises are all posted up here on this blog (under Additionial Info For You, Workout Cards & Exercise Descriptions). Not all KB exercises are described as again, those are not for beginners. You should be familiar with KB workouts.
