Try this workout for fun!

Usually I like to have a plan for my workouts. I typically follow a program for a month trying to get better at the exercises as each week progresses. Then in a month I change it up. I stick to a lot of basics - push ups, pull ups, deadlifts, squats, lunges, presses and the like, but will change the variations or tempo or reps.
But sometimes I just like to go through a round of exercises just because.

My favorites -

Jump rope (1 minute)
Swings (20)
Handstands (1 minute practice)
Jumping Lunges (20 or 10 each side)
Push ups into side plank with leg lifts (10 total)
Ball Slams (20 slams)
Pull ups (5)

You can change the times and reps if you want.
4 Rounds - for fun of course!
