They have some GREAT Kettlebell and Ropes workouts on their FB page. Reallllllllllly liking their stuff! I've posted a couple of things about them in the last month or so, but I am starting to like them more and more.
I wish we had a gym around the South Shore Boston area that did this kind of stuff!
I actually want to learn how to flip a tire. Anyone know where I can do that locally?!?!??!
