Push, Pull and Squats

This is one of my favorite workouts to date.

Do as many rounds in 20 minutes:

5 pull up
5 dips
5 single leg box squats (each leg)

I do as many pull ups as I can, and when I get too tired, I start doing assisted ones. I do the same with the dips. (I actually do dips between my washer and dryer LOL).
And then the single leg box squats I was able to do the whole way through. Squats are more of a quadricep exercise, but do work the whole leg. Single leg squats work the whole leg including the glutes to a far greater degree.

Really enjoyed this one - total body workout with 3 simple, but hard! moves.

Get moving. Bikini season is almost here. :)
