I LOVE this read! how to get more muscle in 10 minutes a day. From Chad Waterbury - and love him too. Really know his stuff. He tells you which exercises to add into your daily routine and how. Basically you do 5 sets throughout the day of specific exercises - last about 2 minutes at a time, ending up to 10 min a day.

I just started a new exercise program this month, BUT will start Chad's recommendations next month FOR SURE. I can't wait to give it a go!
