I'm a big fan of BW exercises. They are my favorite: push ups, pull ups, jump squats, jumping lunges, wall sits, ab planks, pistol squats, handstand push ups, etc.
For weight training, I love deadlifts and hip thrusters, but prefer BW for the rest. Here is an AWESOME site to help you develop a program where you progress over time with various BW exercises.
For example, staring with push ups on your knees, to your toes, to diamond push ups, to one arm push ups, etc
Or squats to deep squats to assisted one legged squats to full one legged squat - and the like.
