Body Fat Blasting Workout

Choose a weight around your 5 rep max for Barbell Straight Military Press. Bear in mind that the first round will seem easy… but this will change. :)
 
Complete 3 - 5 rounds keeping the same weight on the bar - try not to rest between rounds.
 
1. BB Front Squat x 5
2. BB ADL x5
3. BB Push Press x 5
4. BB Back Squat x 5
5. BB Good Morning x 5

I'm planning this one for tomorrow - that is assuming that I get any sleep as I have a sick kiddo right now. Do an extra round for me!
