A couple of great reads: regarding building muscle and the squat.

This first article is from Chad Waterbury about 5 ways to help add muscle to your frame. If you're looking to be a bit more toned and not just skinny, this article has some great and practical advice.

Secondly, this link below takes you to a post about squatting. About why some people can squat better than others, why some need feet wide, others close, and why some people can squat deep and others cannot. It gets a bit scientific, but from someone who has trouble squatting herself, I loved reading this!
