30 Day Workout Challenge just completed a 30 day workout challenge. It is FREE - all online and can be done from home. They have before and after pics posted on their Facebook page.
I know this time of year with the holidays time gets short, the days are shorter, dark and cold is here, makes it harder and harder to get to the gym.
So no excuses!
These are pretty intense workouts 5x a week, so have at it!

I also have posted previously around this holiday season is to do 200 KB swings a day. From Nov 15-Jan 15th. Keeps the holiday weight gain away. :)
