Mini-workout or great way to end your workout

I love this simple, but intense routine. Great to get the heart pumping and blast some fat. It always give me that endorphin rush I love so much!

20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 6 minutes, only 2 exercises.

Double Kettlebell swings (I used two 26.5 lb bells)
Bench jump overs (I jumped over a regular gym flat bench rather than a step as it is a little higher and I like the extra challenge)

That's it! Simple, but not easy.
