I tried this combo as a cash out to one of my workouts the other day and I thought I was going to drop dead!
I was beat from my workout to begin with, and this was definitely a finisher worth blogging about.
I did 5 rounds of the following:
5 snatches right, then 5 left (35 lb KB) and then 5 burpees, but I did 2 push ups with each burpee.
So with the 5 rounds, I completed 50 snatches, 25 burpees, and 50 push ups.
I was toast. Can't wait to do it again. :)
