Killer Leg and Lung Workout

Do these exercises back to back with as little rest as possible. Takes under 15 minutes!

20 Jump Squats
20 Jumping Lunges
10 Reverse Lunges and Forward Kicks - each leg
20 Dynamic Squats
20 Stand Kneel Stand - each leg
20 Box Jumps

Repeat 2 - 3 times.

Get great legs for summer. :)
