Bodyweight Workouts

These can be some truly tough and strength building workouts. I love practicing things like pull ups, push ups, pistols, handstand push ups, etc.

I found a GREAT site that has a whole list of various bodyweight workouts. They can all be done right from your own living room. :)

Some of these are amazing to watch and seem completely unattainable while others actually have DVD's you can do from home. One I found interesting was www.thebodypractice.com as it combines yoga in there and I'm a big fan of yoga. He will actually travel to do a workshop in the Boston area if there is enough interest.
