Too funny not to share

OK, this made me laugh out loud!

Remember, nutrition is 80% of the battle of the bulge! You cannot exercise off a bad diet. If you are struggling with nutrition, I highly recommend you hire a nutritionist - specifically a sports one if you are into working out. If you PAY someone you might be that more likely to STICK to a nutrition plan. :)
