35 Reasons Why Yoga is the Fountain of Youth

As most of you know, I LOVE, LOVE power yoga.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my other workouts - be it CrossFit, Kettlebells or HIIT training, but hands down power yoga is my favorite.
I do the other workouts as I want to put some muscle on my frame, but no workout for me feels better than yoga, or gets into my muscles and joints the way yoga does.

A lot of yoga studios have specials for the summer. You should check out the ones in your area.
