Crazy workout that I cannot wait to try.
Tabata Intervals ( 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) is applied in turn to the Squat, Rower Machine, Pullups, Sit-ups, and Push-ups with a one minute rotation break between exercises.
YIKES! Sounds tough and fun.
Tomorrow I am sleeping in, practicing yoga at home, and going out shopping.
It is Mother's Day, so I am taking advantage of a nice restful day. Hubby is in charge of the kids. :)
