Here's my workout for tomorrow

Anyone else want to try?

Turkish Get Ups - 10 minutes, alternating sides, 44 lb Kettlebell

1 Legged deadlifts - 5 sets each leg, 8-12 reps, 20 - 50 lbs, increasing in weight each set

5 rounds of:
30 seconds of push ups
30 seconds of pull ups
30 seconds of v-ups
30 seconds of swings

About 35 minutes.

Enjoy and work hard and heavy!
