Fat Loss Workouts

There is nothing wrong with fat loss workouts - especially if you have a significant amount of fat to lose.

BUT, if you do NOT have more than 25lbs of weight to lose, your workouts should not focus on fat loss.

WHAT you say?

Your workouts should focus on getting stronger. Yes, getting stronger. If you focus on getting stronger you will automatically lose fat - as well as gain muscle - making you leaner, and better able to fit into your clothes, and well, look better naked too!
