Strength Train With Yoga

Yep, that's right. I've been ranting about the benefits of yoga for ages, and I still get confusing looks from people about how can it benefit me? I'm not flexible people say (that's why you need yoga!) or people say it's not really a workout (WRONG). A lot of yoga classes include poses such as lunges, push ups, ab planks, backbends, and handstands. So fun and so challenging!
