It has been soooooooooo nice outside I felt the need to take my workout outside. I took my 20kg KB to the park and got myself a good sweat.
3 pull ups (I used the monkey bars)
5 vertical swing burpees
7 dive bomber push ups
9 Swing catch squat presses
11 box jumps (onto the sitting bench)
I did a quick warm up, 5 rounds of above, and then did some light stretching.
Going to try and do some yoga outside tomorrow. :)
