I used Kettlebells for this workout, but for most of it you can also use dumbbells:
5 rounds:
1 legged deadlift, right then left leg
push press, right side then left
pull ups
(I did 6-8 reps of each exercise and went heavy so that rep range was HARD)

Ended with Tabata:
heavy swings
burpees
