Quick and Dirty Kettlebell Workout

OK, time to blast some fat over the holiday season - right?!

Here you go!

5 goblet squats
5 push presses right, then left
5 overhead squats right, then left
5 one handed swings right, then left

Do as many rounds of this as possible in 20 min.

Enjoy the burn!
