Spartan 300 Workout

I am sure many of you have heard of this crazy workout. It was used by the cast to make the movie to get a full body transformation.
If you want to try the Kettlbell version of it - check it out!

  1. Kettlebell Snatches x 50 reps (25 each side)
  2. Double Kettlebell Deadlifts x 50 reps
  3. Body weight Push Ups x 50 reps
  4. Kettlebell Thrusters x 50 reps (25 each side)
  5. Two-handed KB Swings
  6. Kettlebell Clean and Press x 50 reps (25 each side)
And there you have it - 300 reps. If you try it, let me know how you did!
