Ok, here are some great workouts to do on your own - very high intensity, short, and to the point!
10 burpees (w/ a push up) and 10 overhead Kettlebell swings, 10 rounds!
5 handstand pushups (or 10 pike push ups)
10 jumps squats
10 v ups
As many sets as possible in 15 min
moutain climbers - 1 min
alternating reverse lunges - 1 min
alternating KB swings - 1 min
squat with a KB overhead press - 1 min
rest 1 min
repeat for 5 rounds
Turkish Get Ups for 10 min
alternate between leg through and squat version
