Check out this slideshow I found with all body weight exercises. These are fantastic exercises and extremely effective! Far more effective than any weight or cardio machine. If you want a great workout without needing any expensive equipment or gym membership - this is IT. You do not even need to leave your own living room to do these. And - some of these exercises are done in Power Yoga classes too. :)
