Sick of the snow?

Is the snow preventing you from getting to the gym or your favorite fitness class? Well then here is a great at home killer workout. Of course, if you are shoveling, then you probably don't need to do this!
Where is all this snow gonna go? My car is buried - my house is even swallowed by it. Looking forward to warmer days for sure.

Sick of the snow workout:

Do 5 rounds with as little rest as possible. I encourage a 10 min yoga warm up and cool down too. :)

20 Burpees with a push up
20 speed squats
20 Mountain climbers (do a rep on the right and left to count as one)
20 V-ups
