Kettlebells and Yoga

Not that you need another reason from me to participate in practicing Kettlebells and Yoga, but here I go anyways. :)

Here is my stomach at 9 months pregnant.

Here is my stomach a few days after giving birth! No, it is not what it used to be, but I am working on it. :)
KB classes and Power Yoga classes kept me in great shape during my pregnancy and allowed me to bounce back into my pre-pregnancy clothes without a problem. Yahoo.

Now just gotta build up my strength and get some more sleep.

So, if KB and yoga can do this for a preggo, imagine what it can do for you?

  1. you are an inspiration, gina!! you've sold me. after I run the marathon in April i'm going to start kettlebell workouts for sure. for now, i just run ALL THE TIME!! xo
