Ladders! Yoga!

Most of you know I highly recommend you get in some yoga each week. A great way to do this is to start and end your workouts with 10 min of yoga. A yoga warm up and cool down is PERFECT!

With the storm coming tomorrow here is a great workout below you can do right from home. And if you have to shovel doing some yoga before and after will help you alleviate back pain and can even prevent it all together (hint, hint) :)

Try this KB Ladder routine. Killer!

Perform 10 reps of each exercise, then 9, then 8, all the way down to 1. Yikes!

First Ladder: Swings and Push ups
Second Ladder: Swings and Rows
Third Ladder: Overhead Swings and Super Planks (Ab plank to push up position)

Talk about bringing in the New Year Strong! Now I am still recovering so I am jealous of these intense workouts. Keep it up without me - can't wait to join you.
