Cool Workout Sites to Share

Hey everyone - I found a couple of really great workout sites that you might be interested in.

Have you ever wanted to be able to do push ups or pull ups and be able to do a lot of them?

Then check these out:



They both have great training plans to improve your strength - even if you cannot do a single push up or pull up. There is even a link to be able to do 200 squats!!

And another site I came across is http://www.sealfit.com - which has some of the hardest/craziest workouts EVER. They are listed as WOD or 'Workout of the Day.' If you ever want to reallllllllly challenge yourself. LOL.
